Overview

Right now, all of Club Penguin is bogged down in a huge battle between superpowers. One side wants to take Mammoth and make it a neutral server again. The other wants to defend Mammoth and stop that from happening. For those who don’t know, Mammoth has a long history in CP Armies. I was originally owned by ACP, and was a very contested server. Then, Mammoth was made a neutral server, in an effort to allow all armies to exploit its huge recruiting potential. In December 2009, under Boomer 20′s leadership, ACP planned a secret invasion, carefully placing the invasion announcement inside a “Read More” tab on a post. Then, a few days before Christmas, ACP successfully invaded Mammoth in one of the most controversial invasions ever. Mammoth is still in ACP’s possession today, and is one of the main topics of this war. The question everyone is asking is this; Is it large enough to be a World War? The current qualities of  a World War are as follows:

1. Most major armies are involved.

2. Each side includes at least 2 major armies.

3. The largest army and the most influential army are involved.

4. At least 5 major battles must occur on several servers.

5. The war must last over a month.

These are rules which have been in place since 2006 during WWII. Currently, the first 4 qualities have been met, but the fifth is still a long way away. So, based on these rules, this is not yet an official World War.

ACP and Allies

Up until recently, ACP and their allies have mainly been the defenders in this war. Then, because of this same reason, they announced that they would be invading 2 of the Nacho’s servers and dropping Vanilla, which GT has recently invaded. Currently, the armies on this side are as follows:

Watex Warriors

RPF

DCP

As of right now, ACP and Allies have won the majority of battles, however, they have also lost a good number to their opponents:

The Confederation

The Confederation, have, unlike ACP and Allies, been mainly the invaders in this war, aiming to take Mammoth back and make it a neutral server again. They, though having lost the Battle of Mammoth, have also won several other crucial invasions. The Confederation has lost and again many armies to fight with them through the course of the war. Currently, the Confederation is made up of:

Nachos

IW

Team Gold

Only time will tell if the Confederation will be successful in this war. At first, this war seemed fairly straightforward. Two sides, battling it out over a server. Not anymore. Several armies which have now left the Confederation have formed a third alliance:

The Militia

The Militia, though it has not been involved in any battles yet, is already growing quite large. The armies it is made up of have stated that they will be against both ACP and the Confederation, although they will mainly be fighting ACP and Allies. The armies in the Militia are:

Night Warriors

Roman Fire Warriors

Icy Troops

Golden Troops

Also, GT has stated in their post about this alliance that Team Gold will also be a part of it, but TG has not yet confirmed this.

So, what do you think? In my opinion, this war, though very large, is not yet a World War. However, with the new third alliance, this war just got WAY more interesting. But, I want to hear from you. That’s right, all over Club Penguin the sky has turned Orange!

We aren’t sure why yet, but it has somthing to do with the firey Black Puffles spotted a few days ago all over Club Penguin. The wise ninja master himself has also made and appearance. Check my tracker to find him!

It was reported that sensei said something like this on CP: “The water and ice elements are resting, and the fire element is growing, we must prepare…The fires will awaken the Mountain!!! The fires hold great secrets, only a great fire can stroke the fires of the Mountain”
